Over-achiever Agnès has always been. She works daily in 3 languages (French, English, and German) and has lived in 8 countries on 3 continents. 

 

After obtaining her Master's degree in Business Administration from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Marseille, Agnès worked for financial auditing, consulting and investment banking companies. 

 

At only 31 years old, she was appointed Head of Financing Operations in Frankfurt for a major investment bank, heading a team that she created herself ex-nihilo in 2 years covering 4 areas of operations and managing a credit portfolio in middle and risk management of 2.5 billion euros. 

 

 Thanks to her 18 years of experience as a manager, leader, coach, and her mastery of communication with the C-Suite, she goes straight to the point and consistently exceeds the objectives set for her. Agnes is a pathfinder. She is called upon for out of the ordinary projects that require risk-taking, stepping into the unknown and finding pragmatic and innovative solutions.

However, in her forties, as the mother of a 3 year old boy, she is faced with a crisis of meaning.

She is in a less challenging position when she returns from India and is bored with the tasks she is doing.

This results in a bore-out (close to burn-out) which imposes a break in her professional life.

Always in search of answers and excellence, Agnes went to seek answers from the greatest American coaches, trained in innovative coaching techniques and sought a more intense spiritual connection through yoga and meditation. 

 After her healing, she decided to follow her life mission and her new vision:

For the past few years, she has been a specialist in coaching women over achievers who are blocked by a glass ceiling and who want to find the keys to work differently, to be recognized, to be more visible, to live life to the fullest, to work less and to earn more money.
